3. Face Data Usage & Protection

Blaze uses facial recognition solely to verify your identity during attendance. This includes:

• Capturing a photo during check-in/out
• Extracting facial embeddings (mathematical face data)
• Comparing embeddings with secure reference data
• Data is stored securely and transmitted with encryption
• Access is limited to authorized administrators only

4. Data Retention

Facial data and attendance records are retained as long as you remain an active user. If you leave the organization or request deletion, all your personal and face data will be permanently deleted within 10 days.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal or facial data with third parties, except when required by law or with your explicit consent. Blaze does not use third-party biometric APIs.
