Access is limited to authorized administrators only.

4. Data Retention

Facial data and attendance records are retained as long as you remain an active user. If you leave the organization or request deletion, all your personal and face data will be permanently deleted within 10 days.

We do not share your personal or facial data with third parties, except when required by law or with your explicit consent. Blaze does not use third-party biometric APIs.

8. Location Permission & Geo-Fencing

Blaze requires location access to enable attendance verification and geo-fencing features. When location permission is granted, the app may collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) during clock-in and clock-out to:

Verify that employees are within authorized work premises.
Enable geo-fencing alerts when entering or leaving assigned areas.
Maintain accurate attendance records.

Location data is collected only when required for attendance-related actions and is not used for continuous background tracking beyond authorized work functionality.

Blaze does not use location data for advertising, marketing, or unrelated tracking purposes.

Users may control location permissions through their device settings at any time. Disabling location access may affect certain attendance and geo-fencing features.

All location data is securely transmitted and stored using encryption, and access is restricted to authorized administrators only.
