• Use the app for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Distribute harmful content, including viruses or malware.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

4. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that may harm the application, other users, or our reputation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with Blaze - Smart Attendance are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blaze is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential losses, arising from your use or inability to use the application.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
